Forum email verification broken

Verification emails from the forum, and likely others too, are being correctly rejected by some providers due to DKIM failure:

Authentication-Results: xxxx.xxxxxxx.co.uk;
    dkim=fail reason="signature verification failed" (2048-bit key) header.d=eu.khoros-mail.com header.i=@eu.khoros-mail.com header.b="lb6kG1Dw"
Authentication-Results: xxxx.xxxxxxx.co.uk; dmarc=fail (p=reject dis=none) header.from=plus.net
Authentication-Results: xxxx.xxxxxxx.co.uk; spf=pass smtp.mailfrom=em7732.eu.khoros-mail.com

Can this be fixed please.
