Is my memory correct, that we used to be able to specify 24 hour time formats on posts date / time display?

If we did, then the system at some point has changed to 12 hours am/pm and also I can not find the means of setting the time format.

Can anyone confirm my belief please?

I dont think the option was ever there, and it certainly isn't now.

A complex system that does not work is invariably found to have evolved from a simpler system that worked just fine
