It could have been due to a Mod moving a post that you just wanted to look at.

The post could also have been in spam filtering system.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

The post was available from the time it was submitted.

I happened to be viewing my own topic reply on a PC with a wider screen, as I wanted to check the text layout and formatting (due to line wrapping) because I'd posted the text on a laptop with a narrower screen and it was difficult to tell whether it looked OK.
