Forum rules posting - a suggestion

I'm glad to see that Chilly has used the anchor feature in the [iurl=http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php?topic=218.0]General: Forum Rules In Depth[/iurl] posting, but wouldn't it be more normal to use iurl rather than url tags to navigate within the same posting? (A few [top] links would then be really swishy).

Did you not see what happened when you clicked the link in my post?
Have you looked at the manuals on the SMF website? (try mouseover on the SMF)
Complete reference to BB codes: http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?board=22.0;sort=subject
For moderators: http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?board=6.0;sort=subject

Re: Forum rules posting - a suggestion

Ooh - I've just found a new one myself. You can stop BBCode being interpreted in-line without resorting to the ugliness of using code tags.
Example [acronym=Simple Machines Forum]SMF[/acronym] which appears as SMF
This is done using the nobbc tags thus:
[nobbc][acronym=Simple Machines Forum]SMF[/acronym][/nobbc]
