Goodbye

Folks;
Tomorrow is my last day at Plusnet.  I'm leaving the UK and heading to a sunnier climate, as I'm moving my family to California.  I just wanted to stop by and say goodbye to everyone on Community.  I'm an avid reader of the forums as it certainly helps you keep in touch with real customer issues, and periodically I'll have an evening of jumping on threads and nudging IP profiles.  It is great to see customers helping each other, and the Digicare team stepping in to offer advice and deal with specific issues.  The incident with ACS Law this time last year really showed the power and benefit of the community site as a medium for Plusnet to engage with it's customers and observers (Anyone still watching?!? :-X).  It was unfortunate that our normal level of transparency was hinder because of the legal steps we where endeavoring to take behind the scenes.
It has been a great experience and I'll make sure I stop by now and again just to hassle Bob about making tea for the team, and to upset Chris by bumping the "Duck" thread.

Thanks for all your help over the years Fletch and good luck in sunny California. Although not for one iota do I think you'll need it!
