Goto first unread post - can't see how to

Can't seem to find how to jump to 1st unread post in a thread. Can someone point me in the right direction please.

Getting direct to the first unread post, requires you to change the deafault user settings. (I rather feel that the DEFAULT user settings are wrong.)

Go to settings (click you usename top right) preferencies - linear layout and select Jump to first unread post in a topic.

It is an easy and obvious setting to find ... NOT!

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
