I created an account at 11:00 today and got banned after making the first post

I created "shenzhuxi" account at 11:00AM today. After I replied this thread https://community.plus.net/t5/ADSL-Broadband/Connection-intermittently-drops-Uploads-eventually-kill... and said I got the same problem, my account was banned.

Could someone kindly explain why?
