i flagged the 404s to webdev about a month ago.
I see the connection reset errors from home sometimes, but only when using Opera.  I'm not sure what's going on.

Forums intermittently slow right now, major issue when doing an edit.

Same again just now, very very long stall on posting, really annoying. (It is intermittent).

Noticed something
After clicking on the unread post icon next to the thread it sits there with the note  waiting for etc. but clicking on reload current page in Firefox gets me there immediately

It's so variable Jim I'm not sure if there is any consistent pattern, unless you have found a repeatable one - perhaps give us a link to the particular listing and then say which thread or threads and I'll give it a go.

Yes, I have to play similar tricks. If I'm posting, I've got into the habit of doing a select all, copy just in case it cops out  Sad

I have found that I am now getting this intermittently, but not just with 'new' links; I get it with clicking any link.

Clicking around the site, the links are loading fine and posting seems to be nice and quick
