Im fully aware that there have and continue to be issues that customers have experienced with the billing platform. Obviously, I can't grab everything in the first week or so back and I'm wanting to start with resource allocation and current challenges in that area.
I no longer manage the Social media teams and haven't for a few years now so fixing day to day issues is something they and their team leaders should be on board with. I'll obviously help where I can but I'm nowhere near as skilled in these areas as the team.

Don't honestly think that @JonoH 's meetings are really the place to raise that issue, @gleneagles - that is the result of the implementation of a fundamentally flawed system which needs a complete overhaul, not really a 'Forum' problem, which is @JonoH 's area of responsibility.

@JonoH When, if ever, are we going to see Help Team staff back on here - to be honest, I think those above you are determined to close customer support down.
I for one, and probably not the only, am fed up of doing the support teams job with one and a half arms tied behind my back - and doing it for nothing, as well.

One other thing to note - on the Members Centre the Community is listed under the Help tag which would suggest that it is an official source of support. (It used to be under its own tag but was moved into the Help tag). Therefore it is about time it got the resources it needs.

Has anybody else got any Open Questions on their account? I cannot access mine as they have plonked this promotion in front of the 'View All Questions Asked' link. The mug graphic must overlap the link
Or is this another way of Plusnet even more so cutting back on any support to customers
Tried Edge and Firefox browsers and both are same

You've tried a couple of browsers with no luck, but what happens if you change the browsers zoom level, possibly down to 90%, that may expose it enough to be able to click the link.
Edit: or even click the mug game link!
