Logging in and password problems in The Community

I have had a community name of lifeonmars attempted to log in but was unable,

used the forgotten password reminder which was emailed to me at my lifeonmars plusnet email address  and managed to log in.

However a few hours later I forgot my password and tried again only to receive this message

• Plusnet Community
• Set a new password

That login name and password combination do not match any valid user on this community

Set a new password

Specify a new password for your account.

New password

Confirm New password

Please what am I doing wrong ?

Well my Log in problems appear to have sorted itself out, I am able to log back in under this username.

Glad to hear things are working again for you. I discussed this with the mods, not sure if they have done anything but things seem to be working again for you.
