Re: New community forum feedback

Lots of white space. Not very efficient and lots of scrolling. Brave new world I suppose.

Re: New community forum feedback

Hey Kevin

There's definitely some differences in design to accommodate the responsive design - we've tried to find a happy medium to deliver a good experience on all devices regardless of screen size.

I'll check RE line break too.

And we can add that to our list to review - assume you're referring to https://community.plus.net/t5/Forum/ct-p/Forum and only viewing the first post of the new topic rather than last post in it?

Liam

Re: New community forum feedback

I find the grey too light as well and it's straining my eyes. Black on white for improved readability please. Smiley

@Kevin

A little tip to start with - the useful links below can point you to a full list of unread topics (which will take you to the first post) and also all posts (which because they're in chronological order will always show the latest at the top).

Re: New community forum feedback

Am I missing the obvious, but the old forum had a button on each thread  to take you to the "FIRST UNREAD POST" on that thread. I cannot seem to find anything similar here.

In unread posts, if you click the number under 'new' it should take you to the first unread post.

Re: New community forum feedback

I view the forums from the 'Unread topics' link and have a link to the new posts, see the image below for where this is (the 8 and 2 are links)

Oh so under "Unread Topics" and click on the number under the New column. See I knew I'd missed the obvious Smiley

First impressions are good - which is unusual for me I don't change.

Good to see it back
