In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Mine seems to have vanished too.

I get this: "You don't have any notifications. Try posting a new topic or question to see some activity here."

Well mine seem to be back now - I guess they may have been doing some work on the server I suppose.
