Pinned post for BT Sport suggestion

Would it be feasible to start and monitor a post for suspending BT Sport at the moment and pinning it? Persons wanting the service suspended could then add their names to it instead of starting one of the hundreds of threads on the subject recently? I had 4 pages of posts today, of which 2.5 of them were all solely people requesting suspension. Would help keep the forum clear.
