Just a thought - I am seeing a large number of 'new' posters being asked to send PMs to PN staff - only to come up against the three (or is it five) minimum posts to unlock the function. Is it not possible for the staff requesting this to PM the customer - I am sure I have done this to a new customer, and enabled them to reply, bypassing the minimum post count requirement?
