Starting at https://community.plus.net/ and selecting I am take to a page where the threads either lock or fixed.
The link for the button is https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/bd-p/Fibre
But from the main forum page https://community.plus.net/t5/Forum/ct-p/Forum and I select
https://community.plus.net/t5/Full-Fibre/bd-p/FTTPtrial I see the expected page.
I see this using Chrome and Firefox, just me?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Nope, not just you, @Dan_the_Van . I suspect bad coding, but the chance of it being fixed is shall we say, very remote.

I suspect that there is a little confusion arising from the pragmatic legacy of re-organising the forum boards and some recent changes to the quick links. @NickBS
The "Full Fibre" quick link appears to go to the legacy "Fibre" board from when we had "ADSL" Broadband and VDSL "Fibre" boards. When FTTP came along as a for real offering, the latter has since been "off-lined" from the main forum space.
At that point, it was decided that
- ADSL and FTTC (also now SoGEA) matters would be dealt with on the "Broadband" board
- FTTP matters would be dealt with on the re-purposed FTTP trials board - hence the 'trials' reference in the current board's URL
The "Full Fibre" quick link need updating. Pointing of the quick links is entirely within the 'gift' of @NickBS ... so now he knows about it, I'm certain that a correction will come this way soon!
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
