Setting Up Email account: Broadband

After a few abortive and very frustrating attempts at setting up my broadband email account, I stumbled across the PlusNet Video guide to setting up in Outlook Express.
It worked first time! Yippee!  :)(I only wish I'd found that help page earlier!)
