As a work around, you might need to block the logo so the community will load properly. I think you can use adblock plus to block images by right clicking the image and selecting the 'AdBlock Plus: block image' option in the context menu.
Other than that I don't know what else can be done apart from waiting for this block to be lifted from your connection.
