Unfixing a fix

I am getting stupid, as I, who had the problem, managed to mark myself as the fixer.Crazy3

Pity there's no option to unfix a fix.

No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

Just use the Report to Moderator to either get the fix removed or changed to the correct poster.

Or on the post marked as the fix, use the post options drop-down to remove the fix ... yourself.

Most of what users need is available direct to them .... only sometimes just rather well hidden in this Lithium 'solution' Cool_smiley

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
