I posted here earlier today regarding a suspect email I received purporting to be from Plusnet, regarding my Forum account password; to which I received two responses and two PM's. Now the whole thread has been removed without trace or explanation! What is going on, please, moderators?

I find the replies to your post button most useful to keep track of my posts. I also use unread posts rather than the forum page to keep up with current activity
