pm spammer / no way to tag/report from a pm

issue this raises, there is no way to report the user to the mod team to deal with it other than pming one, who might or might not be on to deal

edit: meh there is but only from the pm its self not the user profile

With the ranks currently out of action, my protective layer of posting publicy first before having the ability to send PMs has gone out the window. Once the ranks have been fixed by Lithium (and this is currently at Director level looking into this on Lithiums side as a matter of urgency) we will be able to resume the PM spam protection.
