Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

Please can I have my emails unarchived.

At the moment I'm doing some things that are generating some quite big emails and it's extra difficult to keep the total size down.

Especially since there doesn't seem to be any way of finding out how miuch space is being used.  The method that was given in some of the emails always showed zero for me.  If there is a proper way please can someone explain.

Ta for getting in touch and sorry your emails have been archived. 

I have requested them to be restored and this will be done in the next 5 working days. It is usually faster than that. 

Are you accessing the webmail or using a client? if So which client?

Thank you, the messages are back.

I'm using Thunderbird for normal use.  I don't think that can tell me about usage on the server.

To get folder size I'm using webmail.  It's always been slow to login (even very slow, or so slow it times out after waiting an age) though I've just managed to log-in successfully.  When I've tried it before I've generally had it tell me the size was zero, though I've just done it again and it has given me a number.

Have you thought of changing the settings so that thunder bird will remove them from the webmail mail box and download them to your device.

Yes.  Laptop and phone.  Also webmail possible when it works (which it did today - maybe the long-standing problem is resolved).

I am deliberately using IMAP so it doesn't do this.  I used, years ago, to have Outlook Express which did only POP which did.  Certainly now I don't want that.

Webmail - check that the sort sequence is NONE.

Please could you unarchive one of the mailboxes on my account. Mailbox starts ja and is archived about 20/11/23 as not accessed recently enough. cheers Twillcomp.
