Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

I'll need a mailbox unarchiving please as it has been archived to save storage.

email notification received 29/02/24 at 01:34.

The mailbox is 'maildir-gav', once done please confirm so that I can ensure our own housekeeping is completed.

@AyOwZe I have raised this now for you and it should be done within 3 days.

@blear There's no notifcation on the account to say it has been archived. Did you receive an email to say they had?

Yes I did.  It it was a while back.  Then I was travelling and also my wifi was down.  Now I am trying to clear things up and I do seem to be missing some old emails.  some of them are important to me so if yiou can restore them that would be greast.  Bill

@James30  ... and now my ticket (240342406) has been kicked down the road ANOTHER week.  All that ever happens is that this gets kicked down the road. Again and again.  The same thing happened with the last ticket raised on the same issue (239828189) until that ticket just "went away" with no feedback to me whatsoever.  Why do I NEVER get any support on this issue? It is now over 5 weeks since all of my email disappeared and nobody has done anything other than raise tickets which continually get kicked down the road.  This really is the last straw.  Because of the total lack of attention to my support tickets over such a long period I realise that there is now probably no chance of recovering my emails, but at least have the decency to investigate and get back to me.

@MatthewWheeler thankyou for the prompt response.  So that's it, over 5 weeks later I'm finally told there is no backup and no explanation for why my emails disappeared.  No further response necessary.

Apologies, we did not get round to emptying my Dad's emails before it all got archived again... can you please unarchive @whitstable.plus.com and I'll make sure I go through and delete/download everything ASAP

Hi.

Sorry to be a pain, 
Can you please restore my email, ian@ianhutch  again.

This has only just been unarchived. I have worked through to delete around 30% of the unwanted messages but now find the mailbox has been archived again.
I am happy to reduce the size of the inbox but I will need access to enable me to do this.
