Was it archived due to exceeding the fair usage policy or due to having not accessed the mailbox for 90 days?

When I tried to access my webmail inbox on Sunday 100th it told me the contents had been archived.

I think because of inactivity.

What was the date on that email? Prior to the 10th when was the last time you logged in?

Email was dated Sunday 10th. Last time I logged in was 15.04.2023.

Nearly a year - the contents are likely to be long gone.

Hi, it's been 2 weeks since I requested my mum and my mailbox to be unarchived and I'm aware we only get 30 days to restore them before all the emails we had are deleted. Please can this be dealt with urgently?

@Baqua1 - I'm sorry for the delay, I raised the task myself for them to be unarchived, were just waiting for the team to pickup the request and action it over the next few days.

@marklory  - Hi, I'm unable to see evidence on your account that the mailbox has been archived, did you get any emails about it in relation to the mailbox not being accessed in 90 days?

Hi, yes, I had an email saying it had not been accessed for 90 days. Emails have started arriving again though. I will log in later and have a look at dates, as I won't be near my PC until this evening. I will get back you you here later.

I don't suppose you could look and see what mailboxes have been archived due to the 90 rule from the email you got could you? It's just I need to raise a task for each one you see.
