Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

Please unarchive my mail box beinging with 'chrissianne'.   I also have another starting with 'the'. Both are archived.

My computer broke down and I was unable to use my email program to retrieve the emails.

@yc_teh and @rback  I can see this has been raised and as soon as it has been addressed the agent raising the task will be back in touch with you directly. 

@louiseandben and @SeymRed could you DM me your Plusnet username  so that I can locate the accounts please

@Chrissianne1 It seems that your email was ported to Hotmail, can I confirm that the issue is happening on Hotmail and not on the Plusnet Webmail.

I have no idea what that even means...ported to hotmail...I have lost a huge chuck of emails pon both my Plusnet accounts and they are gone, not sent elswhere.   Oh well, I shall just have to remember to go in now and then to retrieve what emails if get from here on...thank you.

Sorry for the size increase, I was changing laptops so the archive routine got interrupted. Once restored I can restart the email archiving on my new device. Thanks.

Still update from the NetOps team about the unarchiving of my mailbox. Would you be able to check status of this for me? Obviously a busy time over New Year, but concerned it might have got missed, as that was over 2 weeks ago.

By the way, it would be much more convenient if I could simply reply to your email telling me it has been archived (you sent on Saturday 18/1/25 at 18:55)

The email tells me to raise a ticket on your website, which seems to be impossible.

It's taken me half an hour to figure that out, find this thread, and create an account on this forum.

Did you see the “over 75% utilisation” warnings sent out over several weeks … followed by two 100% utilised notices a week apart … before the archive event? Might it have been “far more convenient” to have acted upon them prior to archiving?

Er, you seem to have the misunderstanding that my mailbox was archived due to running out of space.

It wasn't, it was archived because I changed computers, and didn't set up this mailbox on the new one immediately. 

It isn't my main email.

Consequently it wasn't logged into for 90 days.  So it was archived.  I've only just found out.

I stand by my point about the inconvenience.
