Autofill webmail login

When I login to my free-online webmail I have to enter my username and password. Up until recently this was filled in automatically but now has to be done manually. Finding it a pain and have tried various ways to sort it but no joy. Any help would be much appreciated TIA

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@Speckledhen49 - As Townman says, autofill is done by the browser by recognising that it's a username and password box and giving you auto-fill options, not part of the website. I would try another device/browser and reset the browser to factory settings ( wiping all plugins, history, cache, cookies etc). That should fix it.

Thanks for your suggestion. Seem a bit drastic to lose all my other info. The strange thing is auto fill works on all other sites but not plusnet on this laptop although it does on my desktop PC. Looks like it is something I am going to have to live with

If it’s on an iPhone or the like, such is probably in the device settings.
