Back up local folders to my hard drive.

I want to back up my local folders on my PC to my hard drive. I can see how to do this with individual emails by using the "save as" option but despite searching online I can't see how to copy/backup my local folders in the same way. Is it possible to do this rather than copy every individual email to a new folder on the hard drive?

Which email client are you using, if outlook there's only one file to copy.

Investigate MailStore Home:

https://www.mailstore.com/en/products/mailstore-home/

I wouldn't be without it.

Re: Back up local folders to my hard drive.

Outlook stores all its mail in a .pst file, so to back it up you just need to copy that one file.

However, MailStore Home is a much more powerful way of backing up your email.  Check it out.

I should have added, MailStore Home is FREE for personal use.
