Online Plusnet Webmail broken again. Just hangs and hangs...

Indeed it does look a tad variable.  Between 11 and 20 seconds to load the first 100 items in a 4.3k item mailbox.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

It might be worth compacting the folders...
