Us also. Looked at Downdetector - Plusnet emails in meltdown this morning. It would be helpful to know how long the fault will go on.

Same here. Username and password invalid on all devices/browsers. Also unable to get into Webmail. Any updates on how long before we get a fix. please?

Yep - big panic from me this morning when I cant access webmail using the password and cant connect to imap..  Frustrating that there is no service status page at plusnet either anymore.  What clown thought that was an improvement for customer service?

I just waited on the phone for PlusNet phone support. The very polite agent said this is a known problem, the PlusNet technical team is working on fixing it, and that I should try using my email again this afternoon, when they hope to have it working.

My impression is that email is no longer properly supported by PlusNet. I hope I'm wrong about that.
