Can't login to webmail and Outlook downloading of emails fails

Hello everyone.

I won't be able to access the notifications of replies to my topic as I can't access my emails.

But all of a sudden this week, I can't log into my Webmail. It says - login failed. I haven't changed anything at my end. Be it any passwords. Nor have I changed anything via any settings on my Outlook.

Can anyone please tell me what's going on with Plusnet Webmail and emails? Thank you.

Hi @Mandeep37,

I'm sorry to see your email login has stopped working. I can't see a problem but I've refreshed the mailbox component to try to help. Could you try logging in after half an hour and let me know?
