Hello, I have been able to send e-mails from my plus.com e-mail address using Outlook 365 to Gmail accounts. However, I am now experiencing bounce backs for replies to e-mails from Gmail senders. I noticed that when sending a reply Outlook 365 puts apostrophes around the Gmail e-mail accounts in the e-mail's To list.
However, when I type my wife's Gmail account into a new e-mail it is sent without apostrophes and doesn't bounce back. She isn't a contact in Outlook, just like those which bounce back when I do a reply.
Therefore I am wondering if there is something in Outlook 365 that is causing the problem..
I'd appreciate any help you can provide please.
