Domain Renewal

According to Who.is my domain is set to expire on 29th November. I had this problem about 20 months ago and it got renewed. Do you know where i would go to fix this. I've add the who.is data :

We renew domains automatically (well, proactively) closer to the time when they're due for renewal.

If though your domain's not renewed within 7 days of the expiry, let us know and we can raise this for you.

My website is now displaying "Service Unavailable". Has the Domain now expired ?

Hiya @Taxisnooker, I am sorry for the issues with your webspace. I have checked and it is still active and not expired.

Mine did that on and off for the last 3 days too. Quite random. Seems generally OK now. Associated in some way with the collapse of the email system.

Things were working briefly but I'm now getting the "service not available" message again on my webspace. FTP access is currently broken for me as well. The server closes the connection as soon as an attempt is made to connect.
