I’ve added some emails addresses to the block list as described here. I’ve also checked the return path. It doesn’t seem to work for at least one Hotmail address. Any ideas? Thanks
They are not necessarily the same. IIRC it is the latter which should go into the block list. You’ll need to look at the email headers to see the envelope from address.
