As of 06:00, 13/08/24, I have been unable to login to the Plusnet Email server via MailWasher (error - Failed to log into IMAP server) or Thunderbird (error - times out). I an still login to the wemail server but am getting the error REQUEST CHECK FAILED on some login attempts.
This is a recurring fault see, e.g., thread Can't collect email this morning by softhedgehogand Plusnet email login
by Plusnet Help Team MatthewWheeler.
Plusnet please investigate and fix this fault

... additionally the server is not receiving new emails such as the test email that I sent.
Please can someone with a Plusnet broadband account notify Plusnet of this fault

@TrevorAtNo16 Are you still a PN customer?
The system is working, as you are the only one reporting this fault, and I am receiving/sending with no errors.

Thanks for the reply.
I have spoken to Customer Service.
Apparently someone else does have the same problem. The fault is that the domain has expired. I was told that the service should be restored within 48hr.
I have only ever been a customer of PN via my ****@care4free.net email.
