In Webmail, my emails only go back as far as November 22nd 2022! Where are the earlier ones?

Has your mailbox been achieved due to exceeding the FUP or due to non-use (not logged into for months)?

 

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
