Hiya @Racalman, I am sorry for the issues with sending mail.
So we can assist further with this for you, can you please get back to us with the headers and bounceback so that we can raise this to our Net Ops Team. You can send this over in a PM.

OK I have fixed the problem 😊.
It was my fault, when I registered my new domain I had forgotten to add madasafish.com to the spf record at my domain host.

Grateful for help on this please? I have one PlusNet email address from a friend and for some reason I never receive messages from this source. The are not going into Spam, I just don't receive them. For example he sent out a message to five people including me and I was the only one who didn't receive the email message.
I am using Plusnet email via my Mail account on Apple's mac.com system.
Could I have blocked them by mistake? I am not sure. Grateful for help please.
Thank you
Mie

Hiya @Gunnill, I am sorry for the issues you're having receiving your friends mail. Do they get a bounce-back or error message at all their side to advise it hasn't sent, or does the mail show as sent to you in their sent box?
If you log into webmail (webmail.plus.net) to access your emails, is there any mail from your friend showing in there?

Hello:
Thank you for your kind reply. The messages show as sent in the senders mailbox. No bounce-back, just as they have been normally sent. I am not aware of the email message. I just don't receive anything. The sender is also on PlusNet. In all cases the sender- sends a message to four people, one of which is me! I am the only person who doesn't receive the message. A message I sent yesterday to the sender, was received ok.
Thx

@Gunnill Has the sender got the correct email address for you? Have you had correspondence from them previously?
Can you send them a message and ask them to reply to it?

About a month ago, I checked he was using my correct address and yes, about six month ago I used to receive email messages from him.
Thx

That sounds strange. Did you see my edit, suggesting you sent him a message and ask him to reply?

I did that yesterday. I sent him an email. It was received by him and he replied. Which I received. When he does a message to four people, including me. I don't receive the email.
Thx

Even stranger - that still suggests to me that he either has the wrong email address for you, or there is something in his email that the PN filter doesn't like, but in either case, he should receive a non-delivery report. Does the message contain any links?

That is the point, he doesn't receive any report and assumes my email has been received by me.
Thx
