Emails from a legacy freenetname domain rejected by gmail

Hi Team,

Emails to gmail addresses from my legacy freenetname domain are being rejected with the message "This message does not pass authentication checks (SPF and DKIM both" I understand that you'd need to update my SPF record. There is no feature for me to add the SPF record to my domain so how can I get this done?

Hi @mrgdaniels sorry to disappoint but Freenetname hosting doesn't include the option for that so you might be better off finding a new host for the domain if you need to set up any DNS records.

Hi Adam, Ok, thanks for the update. In that case can you tag my domain with the IPS tag of IONOS.

My domain is appletree-cottage.co.uk
