Yes, I have received today both a delayed email from April 7th and two new emails which have arrived immediately.

My husband just contacted BT about the ticket he opened with them last week as he hadn't heard anything back.. Unfortunately the agent was not able to see any details on the ticket of what the resolution team had found. Below is the response he received from the agent:
BT>I have now looked into this, it is regarding email issue but shows and inconclusive!!
Us> I believe something has been resolved because my wife is now receiving emails from at least some btinternet addresses but we're not clear if the problem is completely resolved hence my request for some detail on the resolution
BT> Oh right, because we are a chat team we do not always see some of the test which have been resolved. With what you are saying I can only presume, like yourself that we have fixed the issue. It is good that she can now get the messages and that it seems to be working ok
So the response is not helpful. I am now receiving emails from btinternet addresses but frustratingly don't know if the problem is fully resolved. We will open another ticket with BT if we spot any more delayed emails coming through. Thanks once again to Townman and @JW for pointing us in the right direction and providing the analysis/information necessary to open the ticket. Fingers crossed!
