I have had the exactly same issue as this - and just wanted to see if it was ever fixed? I spent a couple of hours on the phone to a helpful guy from plusnet on Monday but got nowhere with the domain and the fact my mum is now locked out of her 20+ year old email account. Thanks

@Katie_23 can you make the checks for your domain as shown in posts 2 & 3 of this thread please ?

That should help confirm where the problem is in your case and then we can escalate to get this looked at

 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
