Force 9 (F9) Legacy email address

Im living with a potentially life threatening condition and it is flagged with Plusnet. They were excellent when I moved  house... apparently I am tagged as a "welfare" customer.
There wasn't a landline at the new address and it was done the same day that I moved.

In response to the other comments above, it looks like I only need to worry if I change provider (which I was advised previously) ... at the moment emails download to Outlook.

I need to do some homework re: email. Im slightly baffled by it 😕   #blonde  #BrainInjury

As advised, @thekent  - if you are staying with PN, do not worry about your emails at this time - IF Plusnet decide to discontinue the email service for existing customers, you will be given plenty of advance warning.

Yeah, after reading the above - Im not worried.
I am a legacy customer .. my email address is 24yrs old. Think I deserve a "Customer Loyalty" badge 😄
