Freenetname / Madasafish email password reset

Hello,

My freenetname email  name (****@freenetname.co.uk) is not recognised by the Plusnet email password reset function, it is recogognised on the Madasafish reset function but the link to reset the password is likely being sent to an email address I cannot access.

Anyone managed to get this kind of issue sorted? I tried calling the Plusnet number listed for Tech/Customer service but the call gets dropped as it doesn't recognise my number tied to an account.

any help or contact number would be appreciated - thanks
