Help Blocking Emails please

I am a madasafish accountant holder that was taken over by Plusnet. My only access to plusnet is through the plusnet webmail online page. I am being plagued by emails from a timeshare company and yes I can block them through the email program I use, but would also like to block them at the plusnet stage. I can find no way of doing this on the webmail page. Can anyone help please

I’m afraid there is no configurable spam filter available for Madasafish email addresses. There was many years ago, but certainly not since 2016 if I remember correctly.

Sadly not. Gadalf has confirmed my fears. I can do nothing as madasafish accounts have no spam filters since plusnet took us over in 2016 ish, Thanks anyway

Thank you Gandalf for confirming my fears. Us madasafish account holders are fishes out of water in the Plusnet pool of .....whatever.

We took over Madasafish long before 2016 but it was then we made changes to discontinue Madasafish webmail in favour of Plusnet webmail. The Madasafish version did have a spam filter, but the Plusnet one doesn’t, because Plusnet customers can use their Member Centre, which granted isn’t available for Madasafish.

Why not use an e mail app to d/load your messages; from there you'll be able to block certain senders.
