Help file seems to indicate that my email login is my broadband <username>@plus.net

But that doesn't seem to work.

Assuming my very recent Plusnet FTTP broadband login is e.g. mickeymouse, what then is the format of the mail address I should be using (either for an IMAP client) or via the webmail portal?

So long as you have actually got an email account, it should be in the format 'mickeymouse@plus.com NOT .net

@ceebee6cc  If you are a new Plusnet customer you will not have an email account, they discontinued email accounts for new customers a long time ago, at least of couple of years maybe longer.

Good point, @RealAleMadrid  - the OP did not indicate he was a brand-new customer to PN, I assumed, possibly wrongly, that it was an upgrade.

Fix

Thanks both; as a "very recent Plusnet" customer, it seems this now isn't an available option.
