Hi I recently switched plusnet accounts and set up fiber in my name, my old mum didn't tell me she's still using her old plusnet email. Is there a way to retrieve this?
Her email is: <redacted but still available to Plusnet>.plus.com
No, when an account is closed, any email or other services associated with it are gone. Plusnet stopped offering email only options on account closures sometime ago.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
