How to block an email address from sending me spam/junk

Is there a way in plusnet webmail to block an email address completely from sending me spam/junk? Sometimes the emails arrive in the inbox and other times in the junk folder. But even if they arrive in the junk folder (and i don't open them) I obviously still receive them and it's annoying having to clear them down all the time.
