IMAP settings for Globalnet ?

I'm trying to help a friend with an old but active @globalnet.co.uk email address. He is having problems with email setup. The only info I can find in this forum is old and contains errors. Please reply to this post (or make a blog doc) specifying the official settings for:

• IMAP server name
• POP3 server name
• SMTP server name
• Webmail URL
