Legacy mailbox notified full, but no messages in mailbox

My legacy email has been notified that it is full, but when I log on to plus net webmail, the server doesn't find any emails in the inbox - is there something wrong with the login?

Are there messages in any other of the folders - assuming you have checked via webmail?

Legacy email with which brand?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

It now seems to be working again, but all previous emails have gone - it’s no trouble because I do have them backed up in my iMac. I just wanted to understand why it went wrong. Thanks.

Hi GrahamD, it's likely that your messages were archived, I'm glad to see you have a backup but do let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
