Why do you ask? Although I don't use any Microsoft programs or Oses, I understand it is not the easiest of clients to set up. What are your problems, and then maybe we can help?

OK. Is this using a Plusnet account - I assume it is, and is it POP3 or IMAP?
What settings have you got for the Incoming mail server?

Are your settings exactly as shown in this guide - https://www.plus.net/help/email-guides/how-to-set-up-plusnet-email/ ?
Can you post a picture of your incoming server settings (but redact your details - mailbox name and username)?

Can you be sure that you are not receiving them as opposed to you cannot see them?
In some cases, it is necessary to specify the IMAP root folder; try setting it to inbox

POP3 removes the mail from the server and chores it only on the one device. Other devices accessing the mailbox will not see any email. Sent items are not stored on the server do not available to other devices.
Generally the use of POP is these days a poor choice.
I suspect that as advised, the issue is that the root folder for IMAP needed to be specified.

@Townman said "POP3 removes the mail from the server and chores it only on the one device. Other devices accessing the mailbox will not see any email." My experience is different and over many years and multiple providers.
I've entirely stopped using POP3 fairly recently but DEFINITELY had some accounts shared happily between POP3 and IMAP access on different devices. The important "trick" was to configure the POP3 client to leave incoming email on the server, which some (most?) will allow you to do.
I can't recall the details now, and it probably also depends to some extent on the hosting email service, but I vaguely recall you could set additional parameters to control how long to retain or when to remove messages from the shared "inbox".
The point about Sent mail is important though, again depending on email client and email service you may be able to configure where sent messages are stored, but often, at least by default, they will be local to the device they are sent from.

Relying on POP3 to create offline back up is no substitute for user controlled back up. POP3 only accesses the inbox folder; if the user has created other IMAP folders, they will not be visible to the POP3 client.

But the POP device will not see emails sent from the IMAP devices, nor any folders created by the IMAP devices.

I have found that 'New outlook' the one that has replaced Windows Mail and is shipped with windows 11 will not work with Plusnet IMAP settings. There doesn't seem to be any Plusnet advise on settings for this particular version.
