Well on their update page it says that they've identified the problem, so everything should be right by tomorrow morning.
I'll wager it was either a blown flux capacitor or the reciprocating foo foo valve, they're always the culprit.
A quick un-plug and re-plug, followed by a Ctrl+Alt+Delete from Brian in maintenance and it will all be fixed.
I've had a bit of waste of day due to all this, but oh well, we'll keep our fingers crossed for the morning then...
