Is the email server down today?  as when i sent emails people not getting them and i dont even get it myself?

Hmm when i send emails to my self i dont get it either. they do get sent but i just dont seem to recieve them

Which email brand?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
