Old madasafish e-mail no longer receiving

I have just noticed that my old callnetuk e-mail address hasn't received anything since June 2023 , I can still successfully send from it but despite sending e-mails to it today they are not arriving either in my mail box on my computer or more worryingly on the online portal that I can still sign into , I was thinking of changing my password but didn't seem to be able to work out how to do that

Have you checked if the storage quota of 250MB for the mailbox has been exceeded? 

There's no simple way of finding the total size, so you may have to add up the size of each folder individually. 

Log into webmail from here then go to Settings at the top right and navigate to the Folders tab. From there, clicking on each folder then the Information tab in turn will show you how big the folder is.

Thank you Gandalf you old wizard, that appears to be the problem , next issue is working out how to delete the mails I have added to the deleted folder

Yes , all sorted thanks for pointing me in the right direction. 2000 e-mails deleted and I now have a 10MB inbox, I may need to tweak some settings on my mail client as it isn't deleting them when I delete them , trouble is it was linked to my Amazon account so I wasn't getting reminders for the odd things I ordered.
